"What exactly is British Charades"?

Well, Chris is British, and he likes to play charades, with his very own
rules:
- Chris writes all the clues
- Chris decides how many points each clue is worth, after you draw
it
- Chris determines the time limit based on how skilled he thinks you
are
- If Chris gets funny looks or comments from anyone on your team, you
get no points
- If the other team gives Chris grief, they lose points
- If you secretly try to keep tally, you will lose points
- It is not truly "British Charades" unless someone gets very angry
with Chris and storms out of the room (can be multiple people, cursing is a
bonus)
The game usually starts out with people taking wagers on who will be the
first one to snap. Some people refuse to play "British Charades", I'm not sure
why ...
